#9 Update & clean up manuals

The manuals are in the INFO directory. The terse command references are in DOCS. These probably ought to be combined into one folder, de-duped and old out of date documents removed. Then we need to catch it up to the current version. Probably the best manual to start with is “INFO/Bwbasic-Doc-2.1.txt”.

All of the current files in DOCS are made with “maintainer” commands from bwBASIC. These should be regenerated to make sure they are up to speed.
