* Ken UNIX:
   - version bump
   - windoze compile improvements
 * ChipMaster: UNIX compile improvements:
   - Makefile does not define LINUX anymore, whic should improve things
     for our BSD cousins in the future.
   - ~/{,.}profile.bas should work on all UNIXes

after make
sudo make install
addgui will put bwbasic.desktop in users Desktop
DO NOT run as sudo make addgui use
make addgui
fixed typos in Makefile
fixed typo bwbasic.sh
changed dest to /usr/local/bin

* bwbasic and renum were broken into their own steps.
 * Dependencies were setup
 * "all" target was made to build both and is the default target

* Removed BAS files from root into BAS-EXAMPLES
 * Moved Linux desktop app files into GUI
 * More ignores

* Added a search for profile.bas in Windows
      C:\Bwbasic
 * And Linux
      /usr/share/bwbasic
